These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AC ART Rugs’ website and services, including rug sales, cleaning, and repair services within the United States. By using our website or purchasing any service/product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

• Rug sales (new + specialty rugs)
• Rug cleaning services
• Rug repair and restoration
• Pickup & delivery (optional in selected regions)

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before processing.
• We accept major payment methods (credit card, debit card, online payments).
• Prices are listed in USD.
• We may cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
• AC ART Rugs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Rug Sales

• Returns accepted within 14 days if the rug is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Custom or made-to-order rugs are non-refundable.

4.2 Cleaning & Repair Services

• Service fees are non-refundable after work has begun.
• If a repair or cleaning does not meet expectations, customers must notify us within 48 hours.

5. Rug Condition Disclaimer

For cleaning and repair services:

• Pre-existing damage may become more visible after cleaning (normal in the rug industry).
• We are not responsible for hidden defects: color bleeding, weak fibers, dry rot, improper previous repairs, pet urine damage, etc.

6. Liability

• AC ART Rugs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the product or service.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, product descriptions, website content, and branding belong to AC ART Rugs. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

• Misuse the website
• Attempt fraud
• Copy or redistribute content
• Interfere with website operations

9. Service Cancellation

• Fraud suspicion
• Unsafe rug conditions
• Non-payment
• Unreasonable customer requests
